Utilizing the dynamic tax deferred benefits of Opportunity Zones, Monte Dei Globe’s multi-phase mixed-use development will revitalise the charming City of Globe by funding much needed single-family residences, multi-family housing and commercial/retail including a hotel and event space in a Masterplan community.

To further this project’s impact, Monte Dei Globe will carve out free housing for a micro-community of separate but co-located retired religious Catholic clergy by donating a portion of its profits to raise funds and partner with its public charity Monte Dei, a 501 (c) 3, and other non-profit organisations.
